The hotel was exceptionally clean and top-notch, perfect for what we needed. Property's lobby was nice with attentivepersonnel. Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to the financial district and Union station and Eaton Centre and Nathan Phillip Square. Thank you for the very very good stay, no complaints.

this extremely convenient hotel worth its 4 stars, everything was very clean. rooms were brilliant & cheap. very nice facilities and the pool was clean.

My room had very very bad view.

I appreciated the very central location, captivating view, extremely pleasant rooms. Stuff where ready to help and the service was brilliant. Generally everything was superb, but the bathroom was a bit small. It was conveniently set in a busy area. Plus I reached a nathan phillips square in 5 minutes by foot;))

Marvelous hotel, central downtown location, modern comfortable room. Original style property with stylish furniture in the rooms. Pleasant staff and fabulous restaurant. Breakfast was complimentary, drinks were bottled. Early check in and superb service. We had a really unforgettable stay and will be back.
